A Moment....

.......of tranquility

Not the Harris Tweet I promised a month ago.
(Creativity eludes me for the moment, chased away by the black dog )
But a heron caught motionless on a therapeutic walk.

What a beautiful picture. Thankyou for sharing it with us. It reminds me of the time I thought I was photographing a heron only to find it was a decoy. I wondered why it let me get so close without flying away! Have a lovely Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I hope your sewing is on hold because you are have just too much fun doing something scandalous and possibly illegal and not because you are having anything not so fun going on. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas! x Mary

That hateful black dog has been hanging round here too and has scared away all my creativity. But your heron was definitely a precious moment worth catching on camera.

Hope things improve soon. Lucy xxx

sorry to hear you've been caught by the black hole and it's zero gravity . . . how wonderful that so many people rallied. Much love and restorative thoughts for you.
