This Years Mosaic

Its good to think that this time last year I didn't know the felt brooches existed.
Then I found them in my head.
I wonder what will fall out of that space in 2010?
It makes me wonder.
I wish you all a very Happy New Year.

UPDATE:On the last day of this strange year the difficulty we had that started in September has been resolved in a better way than we could have imagined.
Thanks be to God.

  12. just found your blog - I completely sympathise with the problems you have had - they may seem minor but when they are happening .. well you feel like there is some entity 'doing it to you' - we have dishwasher devil who makes a lot of whining and halloween type noises - the (new) dishwasher was therefore replaced, second (new) dishwasher does the same, the dishwasher devil has also got the cooker and the washing machine to join with him and they had to be replaced too - all in the same month ha ha - I even had our pastor come and pray in here (not the first time either) ... hope your New Year is much better (and mine too) - regards from a new blog lurker!mrs yappydog.

  19. I find God is very good like that - the difficulties may not get solved in the ways we asked or hoped for, but sooner or later ....

  20. Hello, just discovered your blog recently, your brooches are lovely! It's good to take stock and look back at what we have discovered and achieved, sometimes we're so busy we forget...and also exciting to wonder what new things may 'fall out of our heads' this new year!

  21. I am not a 'replier' to blogs, but feel I want to say how much I love your brooches, and how inspired I feel in 2010 to get going with some new machine embroidery, and use up the mountain of fabrics waiting to be turned into something lovely.
