I love those aeoniums, especially the black ones. I have never been to the Scillies but some of your pics made me think of the Channel Islands. I bet Hetty was pleased to have you home again. Many of the secondary-school level students used to come over to PZ to study in the sixth-form college, but I'm not sure we appreciated what a unique environment they came from. It's like Cornwall in its purest form.... Right, off to get that suitcase ready in anticipation!Beach-Combing Magpiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13020396792408524201noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5422137424280235275.post-38976231374514991202015-07-03T23:29:21.593+01:002015-07-03T23:29:21.593+01:00How wonderful! (and just as a little aside - you mentioned a ceilidh - when we were expecting our oldest my mother absolutely insisted we needed to pick a name for a girl and after much pondering and thought...and no names that suited...we happened to be listening to the Irish Rovers sing their 'Come to the Ceilidh, Dance With Me' and DH and I just looked at one another and we knew the name we'd use...we decided we'd spell it 'Kaylee'. Alas we never needed to use the name because we had boys!)Magpie's Mumblingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09852241848575954128noreply@blogger.com
