Moving on hastily..

Thank you for all your nice comments re the you know what.
I really shouldn't have blabbed so please lets forget it just now until something happens then I'll tell you.

By the time you are reading this I will be on my way to Knowle Green to a Craft Fair, more of a stall really .....well I should be but I'll probably be in the shower as I am renowned for my lateness. I try, I really do.

I just wanted to show you these which I will be taking with me.

See?
I can do subtle.

Yummy?
Scrumptious?
Well, better than the beach towel anyway.

I must say I took these pictures with my husbands camera..its FANTASTIC and I want it. there was hardly any available light and I didn't use flash.

My husband and I have just had a conversation while watching the News.
It went exactly like this:

Me: Who's that? Bono?
He: No, its Colonel Gadaffi
Me: Has he had plastic surgery?
He: No he's got sunglasses on.

Should we be worried?

  1. Your conversation sounds quite normal to me - perhaps I should be worried!! The 'subtle' motifs are delightful as ever - hope the forecast rain holds off for you this weekend. Don't worry about being late - you're an artist - but do keep trying to be on time!

  2. I, for one, am glad you shared your experience in your previous post. I feel less alone, knowing I'm not the only one who these things happen to!!!
But I'd really like to see what you are calling a beach towel. I am thinking it may not be as bad as you think or say it is.We tend to be our own worst critics, you know.

Anyway, these pieces you are taking to the craft show are gorgeous! I hope you have a fun time there!

And I love that you have found a way to express these endless little gems.

  12. Well, they're lovely, especially the greys and chocolatey browns. I had similarly perplexing thoughts about Gadaffi! BFN. Lesley

  21. The first pic makes me think what a wonderful wall hanging these would be just attached together where they touch. I got such a laugh out of you "Felt" brooch comment in the last post.

Caught up with Elizabeth Armstrong over the weekend and I was wearing the gorgeous pink and purple brooch I bought from you recently. She recognised it as yours immediately!

I apologise for not being able to reply to all of them. It makes it harder if you are 'no reply', but I do value each comment.
